Delivery Information for the UK
- Orders are dispatched within 24 hours.
- For products shipped from the UK, please expect deliveries to take 2-3 working days.
- For products shipped from the US, please expect deliveries to take 7-12 working days.
Please be aware that your delivery might arrive in two separate shipments based on the products you've bought, as we operate from warehouses in both the UK and USA. Certain brands are distributed across these locations as listed below:
UK Warehouse: Garden of Life, Optifast, Minami, Optifibre, Thicken Up, Modulen, Egmont, Muhdo, Nuun Hydration.
USA Warehouse: Garden of Life, Vital Proteins, Klean Athlete, Orgain, Wobenzym, Nuun Hydration, Puritan’s Pride, Gard.
- Tracking emails will be sent to allow you to view your order's progress. You can track your order here.
- Delivery is Monday to Saturday, no deliveries take place on Bank Holidays. Note: Saturday Delivery is only available in England and Wales.
- Order before 00:30 for Next Day Delivery, 7 days per week.
- £4.99 Next Day Delivery cost.
